Planes Companies has a dedicated and professional team of Domestic & International personnel who understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. All of our crews have gone through extensive training just for handling any type of relocation.

Planes Companies has five military approved warehouses that service Wright Patterson AFB, (Zone 5 of JPPSO-NE), Blue Grass Army Depot, Crane Naval Supply and Great Lakes Naval Station. These state of the art storage facilities are located in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis and Chicago. One agent, Planes, has the capacity and expertise to service the Areas of Responsibility for all five bases.

For several years Planes Companies has been an approved carrier for the DoD. With the DoD’s institution of Defense Personal Property Program (DP3), Planes Companies understands the importance of customer service and what these moves mean to a carrier. In each relocation, whether acting as agent or carrier, Planes Companies follows the same standardized steps to ensure excellent customer service. Planes Companies is the only full service agency in the area that has been actively attending DP3 meetings. Our strong knowledge of DP3 rules and regulations gives us foresight into the changing expectations of the DoD. Planes Companies adapts quickly to exceed these expectations. We are also an EasyDPS customer. Most importantly, we understand that strong scores on the CSS survey dictate whether a carrier in the DP3 environment is awarded future moves, so we emphasize this importance on each relocation to ensure the carrier’s future success.
