Planes Moving & Storage Certified As AMSA Promover

WEST CHESTER, Ohio – Planes Moving & Storage and Stacey Moving & Storage, both headquartered in West Chester, OH recently became certified members of the American Moving & Storage Association’s ProMover Program.

AMSA launched the ProMover Program in January in an effort to protect consumers from imposter moving companies, also known as “rogue operators.” Certified ProMovers are recognized by AMSA as professional moving companies that promote ethical principles in the relocation industry and work with the federal government to help prevent unethical moving practices.

To become a certified ProMover, moving companies must pass a professional business standards review and complete a signatory agreement to comply with regulations set by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the Surface Transportation Board and the AMSA Code of Ethics.
