Turnkey President Accepts New Position In Relocation Company

INDIANAPOLIS – Lucia Carter, president of Turnkey Transition Management, has accepted a new position with Global Workplace Solutions, a division of the Planes Companies that specializes in office and facility relocations with a special focus on needs of corporate customers.

With more than 15 years of Project Management experience, Carter will assume the role of Director of Business Development and Project Management in Planes’ Indianapolis office.

In addition to Turnkey Transition Management, Carter’s professional résumé also includes Facilities Planner for ITT/ESI, Facility Planner for Eli Lilly & Company and Director of Project Management for Meridian Real Estate, all located in Indianapolis.

Her professional qualifications extend to her affiliations with the Indianapolis Downtown Rotary, the National Association of Women Business Owners and the Project Management Institute. Outside of her professional memberships, Carter also serves as a fundraising member of the American Heart Association and the Riley Hospital for Children.

Carter is a 1986 graduate of Indiana University-Pennsylvania and holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design with a minor in business administration.
