Hello Diane, The day has finally come. Mom and Dad are settled into their new home and we are thrilled! Of the 6 corporate moves I've made this one was one was the best. Kindra's responsiveness and getting a "yes" answer for my requests was fantastic!! I can't say enough about the crews that loaded and unloaded the shipments. Larry was excellent and everyone that worked with him was friendly, helpful, considerate of the homes. They were absolutely fantastic. If there are any corporate awards, these two crews definitely deserve some sort of official recognition. The unpackers were wonderful as well. I've never seen it go as quickly as it did and not a thing was damaged! Both of the ladies we super-friendly and helpful. They arrived early. They also deserve recognition for their stellar customer service. This was a great move and all of the people involved deserve big kudos. Thank you for making this as painless as possible! We have had a very crazy few weeks with moving and selling our house and having the sale fall through the day of closing and moving everything back into our home. I just realized the only thing that did go right was dealing with your company. Always understanding, nice, and flexible and willing to be 110% helpful. Dear Mr. Seelig: I'm writing you today to say we arrived today in Columbus with the help of David and Michelle. I'm sorry I don't have their last names but my name is Andrew and I moved with United Planes. As you know, moving is full of anxiety and stress. There are lots of concerns, worries and fears. Your team alleviated all those and more. Not only did Michelle call me twice a day, but she anticipated questions and concerns and addressed them before I knew I had them. She is a first class professional and a benchmark for how service companies should and can perform. David is outstanding. Besides being personable and friendly, he was confident, caring and sensitive to our desires and concerns. He paid attention to the smallest detail and addressed all our questions and concerns with articulate and thoughtful responses. He returned calls when made, and showed up exactly on time every time. A higher level of attention or support from a service organization I cannot imagine. He truly took the edge off our anxiety and made the move fun. And he's quite funny! Were I affiliated with your organization, I would nominate them both for the highest service awards available. Even the guys who helped were great. They always asked if everything was right and corrected any mistakes, and quickly assisted with any and all minor requests without question or hesitation. They were all fun and positive and helpful. I commend your organization for having a truly fantastic group of individuals who care about their customers needs and concerns. In today's world of deteriorating service, I was overwhelmed with their fantastic attitudes, responsiveness and support.
